The new Dubai visit visa rules include tourist visas that allow visitors to stay in Dubai (UAE) for 60 days, up from 30 days. With all the regular visas, this new visa permits the holders to explore and enjoy Emirati culture more precisely.

Apart from these, a five-year multi-entry tourist visa is introduced for all nationalities, aiming at facilitating the process for tourists and visitors. The five-year multi-entry visa permits visitors to enter and stay multiple times on self-sponsorship and remain in the country for 90 days on each visit with an extension of 90 days.

The business entry visa now includes an easy entry process without a sponsor or a host.

Job Exploration Visa

Such a visa focuses on attracting young talents and skilled workers to explore job opportunities through the visa process without the requirement of a sponsor or host.

The new rules add substantial amendments to simplify the eligibility criteria and expand the categories of beneficiaries.

The golden visa grants a permit to investors, entrepreneurs, exceptional talents, scientists, outstanding students and graduates, and skilled workers. The new rules include the holders to sponsor their family members, including spouses and children, regardless of their age.

Furthermore, the grace period for ex-pats after the expiry or cancellation of a resident visa allows for an extension of up to six months.
