Dubai Visa Types
These are different categories of Dubai visas from Nigeria
The 96-hour visa
The 96-hour visa is a type of visa available for Nigerians that permits them to travel to Dubai for a short period. Such a visa is mostly used for attending business meetings or a short trip to Dubai, like a weekend getaway.
The 14-day Dubai visa
The 14-day Dubai visa is a single-entry visa issued to travel to Dubai for not more than fourteen days. Such a visa cannot be extended and is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
The 30-day Dubai visa
There are two types of 30-day Dubai visas available from Nigeria.
- Single-entry visa: Such a visa is issued to individuals travelling to Dubai for not more than 30 days. It cannot be extended and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Multiple-entry visa: The 30-day multiple-entry visa is issued to individuals travelling to Dubai multiple times within 30 days. It cannot be extended and is valid for 58 days from the date of issuance.
The 90-day Dubai visa
- Single-entry Long-term visa: such a visa is issued to Nigerians travelling to Dubai for a longer period, mainly to visit relatives, and friends, or attending functions or receive medical treatment. The visa is valid for three months from the date of issuance, allowing a one-time entry for visitors.
- Multiple-entry Long-term visa: This type of visa allows visitors to enter Dubai multiple times within 90 days.
How to apply for a Dubai visa?
Determine your eligibility criteria and prepare the documents.
- Your international passport and copies of the valid and expired visas (if any)
- Duly signed and filled out the visa application form without any errors.
- Your valid Nigerian passport
- Two recently clicked photographs against a white background.
- proof of a bank statement showing sufficient funds to fund your trip.
- Letter of invitation, if your travel purpose states visiting relatives or friends.
- Proof of the Health Insurance.
