Abu Dhabi

The places to visit here are Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (one of the most beautiful and picturesque mosques in the world), Heritage Village, Ferrari World (indoor amusement park themed after the famous Formula1), Liwa Oasis, Yas Waterworld, Yas Island Marina Circuit (Formula1 racing track), Abu Dhabi Corniche, etc. Abu Dhabi is the perfect destination for families.
Sharjah
Sharjah lies on the Northern side of Dubai. This city lies on the creek with well-restored homes and museums devoted to Emirati customs. It is home to Sharjah Fort, which is a 19th-century royal residence. The most popular attraction here is the Sharjah Natural History Museum, where visitors can educate themselves about the flora and the fauna of the Arabian Desert. Fujairah
Only a one and a half-hour drive from Dubai, Fujairah is the only Emirate on the East coast of UAE. Fujairah is also the only Emirate located along the Arabian Gulf and is separated from the rest of the emirates by the rugged Hajar Mountain Range. Fujairah attracts tourists due to its cultural attractions, pristine beaches, water sports, shimmering coastline, and dramatic landscape. Sea lovers can explore the exotic marine life by scuba diving or snorkeling in the crystal clear Gulf waters.
Ras Al Khaimah
Ras Al Khaimah is an ideal place for a weekend getaway. With high-end beach resorts, it is a perfect escape from the hustle-bustle of the city. This Emirate is also well known for its historical ruins, such as Dhayah Fort. Ras Al Khaimah has made its way to the Guinness Book of World Records for having the world's longest zipline, located in Jebel Jais, which stretches for 2.83 km. For a spooky experience, you can visit the abandoned village of Jazirah Al Hamra, said to be haunted by jinns.
Ajman
The smallest of the seven Emirates, Ajman is a favorite of nature-loving tourists for its pristine beaches, scenic charm, posh resorts, grand forts, and bustling shopping complexes. If you are fond of playing golf, the golf course of Al Zorah Golf Club is the best place. The Ajman Museum, built in the historical Ajman Fort, gives an insight into the past of the United Arab Emirates. You can enjoy a full day desert safari or go mountain hiking here.
Umm Al-Quwain
This lesser-known Emirate is a bird watcher's paradise. If you are a nature lover, an adventure buff, or a wildlife enthusiast, Umm Al-Quwain is an ideal place for you. Some of the activities you can enjoy here are Mangrove Island kayaking, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, and banana boat riding. Visit Dreamland Aqua Park (one of the world's largest waterparks). The lush lagoons of Al Sinniyah Island and Khor Al Beidah offer an ideal habitat for marine and wild animals.
If you are planning a visit to Dubai or any of the seven emirates of the UAE, you will need a Dubai tourist visa. There is actually no separate Dubai Visa since Dubai is not a country on its own, but a part of UAE. If you have a tourist visa allowing you to enter UAE, you can travel to any of the Emirates.
